Outrider Operations Ltd is led by Ankit Das, a delivery and analytics specialist with 7+ years of experience operating at the intersection of strategy, execution, and decision-making in complex organisations.
Ankit has served as the single point of accountability between executives, delivery teams, and external vendors across private equity portfolios, enterprise IT programmes, and large-scale transformation initiatives. His work has supported high value exits, commercial optimisation programmes, and multi-region delivery efforts spanning the UK, US, Europe, India, and the Middle East.
His background combines hands-on PMO leadership, operational analytics, and consulting advisory, enabling him to step into environments where delivery has outpaced structure, and quickly restore clarity, cadence, and control.
